Luke -- OH WHAT A COMMENT

I know one day (MAYBE) my children will look at their blogs and say "I didn't do that or why did you say that". This may be one of those denied comments. Luke woke up and came to me and said "Daddy is at work" and I replied my usual "Yes he is but he will be home later". Maran wakes up about thirty minutes later and comes in whining for Daddy (this is the norm for her as Daddy is TRULY THE MAN in her life). She asks where daddy is and Luke quickly replies "He has gone to work so he can make money to send you back to China". OK so this is NOT A NICE COMMENT so I make him tell her he is sorry, hug her and then send him to the Naughty Zone. He looks at me and says "Mommy, you always tell me to be honest and I am and then I get in the naughty zone... WHAT GIVES"........ wow...... I am not sure what gives. (so does he truly think she is being returned?)....kids do say the darnedest things!
